Responsibilities
• Perform opening/closing side duties and set all tables according to standards and procedures• Deliver F&B services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures• Greet patrons warmly and escort them to the table• Serve food and beverage orders promptly and correctly• Remember patron's names and preferences to provide personalized service• Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers• Thank patrons for patronizing the outlet• Clear and tidy up tables after patrons leave• Collect food and beverage supply requisition• Report complaints, incidents, or irregularities• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times
Requirements
• Work experience in outlet operation• Knowledge of hotel food safety and hygiene standards• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to up-sell and promote food and beverage offers• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Attention to detail and cleanliness• Ability to handle complaints and incidents• Flexibility to assist other outlets during peak times
