**About the role**

The Brand Executive implements plans for the brand, customer experience and brand loyalty to drive the products/ services brand awareness.
He/She conducts market research to forecast upcoming market trends.
To do that, he/ she needs to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
We'll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.
Ultimately, you'll help us improve our company's reputation and drive growth.
He/She works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**What You Will Do**
- Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Conduct activities to communicate the business value proposition to the customers.
- Conduct research to identify consumer trends.
- Conduct the retention plans.
- Conduct the new users acquisitions.
- Develop creative materials, templates and collaterals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
- Examine the market trends to improve the offline marketing activities.
- Execute the brand campaigns.
- Generate customer awareness.
- Implement activities to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Implement alternate market research channels.
- Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer loyalty.
- Implement the brand communication plans.
- Implement the brand plans.
- Manage the effectiveness of branding and retention programmes.
- Manage the product quality, design and brand alignment.
- Predict emerging market needs.
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

**What You Will Need**
- Proven working experience as Brand Associates or Sr Executives
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to management
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
