**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Design the brand narrative & strategy, identify marketing channels, and assist in the GTM plans based on market analysis, competitors' analysis and internal portfolio analysis.
Leading end to end brand portfolio including new product development.
Develop competitive brand/product positioning (4Ps) of assigned project/brand
Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.
Managing and responsible for all activities related with the brand such as campaigns, advertising, media planning, market activation, consumer & trade promo, pricing, financial mix and P&L management.
Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and management product portfolio.
Responsible for on time project delivery as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders
Manage analytics, providing stakeholders with in-depth analysis of site and channel performance considering analysis of traffic/demand, conversion funnel and ROI from marketing tactics
Bachelor degree; with at least 1-3 years' experience in consumer marketing in a brand manager role within the FMCG / F&B industry is preferred
Experienced in developing brand strategy to push and champion a new brand to the right market
Responsible for the execution of the brand strategy developed.
Demonstrate strategic and logical thinking with structured communication and data-driven approach
Experienced in consumer-based Market Research
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Eagerness to learn, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team
