Persyaratan

Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably from science, marketing, or business major.
Have minimum 3 years of experience as Brand Marketing in Food and Beverages industry.
Business English proficiency.
**Experienced in Marketing Plan**: 4P, Communication Strategy, Product Strategy, etc.
Experience in Profit and Loss, Budgeting.
Basic sense in creative design (Photoshop, Adobe's creative apps, etc).

Assist brand manager to create marketing plan based on consumer needs, company's mission and manage to implementation.
Assist brand manager to conduct feasibility studies, product development plans in collaborating with related department to realize the launch on schedule.
Lead and Coordinate with agencies, other function or related parties to deliver brand activation (ATL, BTL, Digital activity).
Manage and ensure brand deployment from plan.
Conduct Research and Implementation.
