Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- At least 8 years of work experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically, strong Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, use vlookup and advanced formulas)
- Program/project management skills is a must
- Knowledge and experience working with HR policies, processes and procedures

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Human Resources team as a Builders Experience team as a Human Resources Partner.
The individual will be an integral part of the HR Team and will report to the Service Delivery Leader based in Singapore.
We expect the individual to be a strong logical thinker, with fantastic project management abilities, strong data analytics abilities, who can demonstrate teamwork, communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities and projects.
This role works closely with Senior HR Partners (SHRPs) and HR Business Partners (HRBP) across Asia, Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC region), in collaboration with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Inclusion and Diversity, Compensation, Talent Management, Analytics and specific business groups within AWS.

The HR Partner is a talent pipeline to our HRBP positions and other human resources roles.
Key job responsibilities
- Program/Project Management
- Training Management - responsible for organizing workshops, marketing and communications, generating attendance and participation, and training metrics management
- Employee Engagement/Culture Building and Communications program management
- Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes, eg talent reviews, promotions, compensation planning
Metrics and Data Analysis
- Support the business on people metrics
- Support annual compensation planning processes through compensation audits, using data to influence decision making
- Review, analyse and share engagement data
- Respond to ad hoc data requests
Manager Coaching/Support and Employee Relations
- Provide advice and coaching to managers on employee issues, leveraging internal policies, procedures and best practice
- Inform and consult with Employment Legal and ER Teams as appropriate on issues
- Help managers and employees leverage internal employee development resources
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to address escalations to drive employee issues to resolution in a timely fashion
Business Partnership
- Work with the business on workforce planning, leadership development, organization design and transformation, talent retention & organization health etc.
- Play coach and confident role to leaders
- Ensure legal compliance within country
