Building Management Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Monitor security, parking, housekeeping, and landscape in the Commercial area is going in accordance with the provisions and established standards.
- Monitor completion of complain/request of occupants/owners has been met in accordance with regulations and predetermined procedure.
- Monitor the implementation of the building regulations that have been agreed.
- Monitor the operational maintenance budget.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering major.
- Minimum 6 years of working experiences in Building Management.
- Have a good supervisory skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
