Team and Role Introduction:
Business Solutions team supervise current logistics products offering and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in market analysis, performance review, and the ability to identify opportunities for product improvements. The role requires close collaboration with the e-commerce platform team and other stakeholders, and fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication in partnership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive market analysis to inform strategic decisions for product development, positioning, and expansion
-Regularly review and analyze product performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement and optimization
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new services or product inquiries
-Facilitates leaderships meetings, prepare reports prenting findings and actionable recommendations for management review and relevant stakeholders
-Participate in the product development cycle, offering analytical support, user surveys, other methods to gather customer feedback to improve overall product offerings and ensuring product market fit
-Liase between product operations team and external stakeholders, providing language support and ensuring clarity in communication
-Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, compiling insights of competitors strategies, market trends, and industry changes Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Qualification:
-Bachelors degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) / business / economics from a reputable institution; advance degree is a plus Competency:
-Fluency verbal and written in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
-Comfortable with figures, must have solid data analytics skills and knowledge: Microsoft Excel
-Familiarity with business intelligence software or moderate understanding in SQL
-Pro-active, self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
-Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret large sets of data and translate findings into strategic initiatives
-Proficient in market analysis, data visualization
-Collaborative team player; ability to work well in team environment and autonomously with little direction
-Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in business analyst role (preferably in logistics/e-commerce industry)
-Experiences in speaking in Mandarin(Chinese) in working set-ups
