As a Business Analyst, you will join a dynamic team of experienced professionals dedicated to guiding clients towards their key business aspirations. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the strategic decisions that reshape companies, uncover hidden opportunities, and drive growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with the team on various consulting projects, providing innovative solutions and strategic insights
- Conduct rigorous research and data analysis to identify whitespaces in client businesses
- Develop and deliver presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to clients
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing insights, and contributing to the problem-solving process
- Support project management by ensuring tasks are completed on time
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, primarily Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From Rp8,000,000 per month
