Business Analyst

Job Description

Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results

Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.

Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases

Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.

Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.

Requirement

Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant fields

At least 3 years' experience in related field.

Proficiency in English is a must.

Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience in QA testing will be an added advantage.

Must have good written or oral communication skills.

Overseas travel might be required.
