This role will be working closely with the Corporate Development Team to drive corporate planning, external reporting, and fundraising.
You will provide research, analysis, creative thinking, modeling, and insight on multiple initiatives to generate top-and bottom-line impact.

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth industry research - both desktop research and in-person intelligence-gathering - to better understand our product positioning vis-a-vis the competitive landscape
- Assess VC investor (partner) profiles, preferences, and prejudices to determine the impact on our ability to attract capital and pursue opportunities for strategic alliances, M&A, strategic content and/or service supplier relationships
- Monitor progress along with a company roadmap by distinct funding stage to determine what we need to achieve within a definite time frame in order to go to the market and raise at competitive valuation multiples
- Update all presentation materials delivered to the Board on a monthly basis and other shareholders on a quarterly basis; adapt these materials for other external communications purposes
- Play a key role in fundraising including developing materials and executing the process in conjunction with any sell-side advisor, including collating documentation and managing data rooms
- Frame and break down complex business problems into key components, and perform analysis - both quantitative and qualitative - to drive insights, answer critical questions, and identify results-oriented solutions
