**Requirement**:

- Minimum S1 all major background (preferred in Information technology)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business processes and identify

areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn from senior analysts.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Interest in keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business process management
- Preq. Knowledge: English (Oral & Written)
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience as Application Business Analyst
