Business Analyst Intern - Markplus Institute

**What Will You Need**:

- Graduated from reputable universities (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
- Ability to do internship in minimum 6 or 12 months
- Interest in marketing in general
- Interest in Learning & Development and People Development
- Problem solving ability to help clients from various industries groups, such as:
1. Financial Services Industry
2. Automotive, Transportation, and Logistics
3. Communication, High-Tech, and Media
4. Healthcare, Property, and Consumer Goods
5. Resources, Infrastructure, and Utilities
- Proven history of leadership in various student organizations
- Basic to intermediate skills of operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to join immediately

**What Will You Do**:

- Engage with clients while understanding and responding to their inquiries and needs
- Work with multiple teams in various people learning and development projects while reporting to team members and collaborating with account executives daily
- Involve in end-to-end people learning and development process from training needs analysis, proposal development, module development, assessment tools development, and report generation
- Provide ideas and speak actively to internal (team) or external (clients)
- Recognize and act on opportunities that exist and ability to solve current problems independently, in teams, or interacting with external parties
- Making changes in own work system or methods to improve work output quality to meet high standards
- Build knowledge management by collecting data from various sources such as books, websites, or research results
- Use analytical skills and in-depth understanding of data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to help with client issues
- Improve frameworks, illustrations, and tools on training materials with regular market updates and conceptual thinking
