Program Development Officer (Primary) - Science

Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia Head Office is looking for a PDD Officer of Science for Primary Level (Grade 1 - 6)

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Graduate with a teaching or Science (S.Si) or Social (S.Sos) degree from a reputable University.
- Knowledgeable about national (e.g. Kurikulum Merdeka and Kurikulum 2013) and international curricula (e.g. Cambridge, Singaporean, NGSS).
- Knowledgeable in making learning materials such as syllabi or lesson plans.
- Knowledgeable in teaching and pedagogy, especially in Primary levels.
- Preferable have teaching experience at the Primary levels (min. 1 year)
- English fluent, both oral and written.
- Have good communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and management skills.
- Adapt to changes and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Having a Responsible to Life attitude.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Making learning materials in Science and Social Studies at Primary levels.
- Making test papers for assessment regularly.
- Making Science and Social Studies programs yearly.
- Delivering and explaining the programs to teachers regularly.
- Observing teachers in the classroom regularly.
