Plan and execute research initiatives to collect insights into user behavior by exploring both UX research (to understand users' experience in using a product) and conducting market research (to understand the market landscape for a certain product or brand). You'll also be expected to run product research, mainly through competitive benchmarking.
Work closely with the product team to identify research questions

Identify and understand the company strategies and direction and contribute by seeking relevant insights into user needs and market trends.
Create user persona, wireframes, and user journey
Synthesize data, develop conclusive and actionable insights in a report, and deliver product improvements suggestions based on your insights. You will also lead finding presentations and facilitate brainstorming sessions with other teams.
Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy
Minimal bachelor degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, or similar major
Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies
Have a strong passion in human psychology and the study of people
Energetic and have great interpersonal personality
Understand the concept of Design Thinking
Experienced on conducting UX research, and visualize the result in the form of personas, wireframes and user journeys is a must
Experienced on creating clickable prototype using Marvelapp, Invision, Figma or similar tools is a plus
Proficient on using UI tools, such as Sketch App, Figma is a must
Experienced on conducting User Testing is a must
Know how to work in agile environment, especially Scrum methodology
Experience in Banking industry is a plus.
