Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Business Development Executive who will be working with our client based in India. Our client is a digital media company. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with both current and prospective clients on an international scale.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathic and community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possess impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, and services, and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute sales strategies.
- Regularly provide comprehensive reports and updates on sales activities and progress.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and annual sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Possess 5 or more years of experience in a similar role**, whether in marketing, business development, or related fields.
- Exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in recognizing and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with corporate culture and policies.
- Show a high degree of self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work autonomously or as an effective team member.
