We are looking for an experienced  Business Development Executive - Agent Sales to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
What you'll do: - To drive agents penetration in the assigned territory and meet Individual target (number of agents and sales value IDR)
- Create a target list for each day & weekly & monthly
- Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on signing up prospects to become Rumah123.com subscribers
- Visiting new clients to do presentation and pushing sales number
- Follow up clients through call and chat everyday
- Building good professional relationship with Principal, admin, and agents from clients office regional area
What you should have: - Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including canvassing, cold calls)

- Have previous experience in sales for handling B2C and B2B accounts would be an advantage

- Have a good sales track record of achieving sales target

- Familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Meet) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
