- Train new salespeople & Principals (regular training).
- Develop relationship with sales people, principals and players in the industry.
- Recruitment through seminars & relationship building.
- Develop businesses (Franchisees)
- Conduct trainings & MC events.
- Present employment & franchise opportunities to prospects

**Requirements**:

- Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
- Min. 2 years of experience preferred
- Having experience in property minimum 5 years
- Passioned in service & Property business
- Fresh graduates with fluent English are also encouraged to apply.
- Has an excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Possess a public speaking and networking skill and able to conduct trainings.
- Has own vehicle and willing to travel both overseas and through-out Indonesia.
- Attractive, self motivated, responsible, a good team-player, with a can-do attitude
