**Responsibilities**:
- Innovate and create new esports products to drive revenue targets
- Develop, lead, and manage sales pitch process, including proposal development, pitch presentation(s), negotiation of terms and contract completion
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Work & coordinate with the talent & marketing department closely to achieve project deliverables and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Ability to create presentable business deck to share across with our clients and partners.
- Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders such as marketing, publishing, legal, and finance teams to ensure all deals are in compliance with internal regulations and strategy
- Develop sponsorship proposals in alignment to sponsorship strategies.
- Manage the full cycle of sponsorship management which includes but is not limited to establishing sponsorship programs and rights and preparing ROI reports.
- Cultivate lasting and trustworthy relationships with sales and marketing agencies to facilitate business development operations through effective stakeholder management.
**Requirements**:
- Your passion for Esports is what drove you to the industry; you love sports or have work experience in the sports field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree;
- Self-discipline & Team player
- Experienced in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Stay up-to-date with online trends
- When run into complex business problems, you are always ready to fix them. You are able to assess the problem, find a creative and effective solution, and employ the necessary tools and tactics to quickly resolve the situation.
- You can converse fluently in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
**Salary**: Rp8,500,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Esports Industry: 1 year (preferred)
