Jakarta Business Development and Partnerships Experienced (Individual Contributor)
As a Business Development team, you will have the responsibility to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships for all of the games published under Garena.
**Job Description**:
- Conduct research and identify potential partners that align with the company's goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and act as the main point of contact with external partners
- Prepare compelling presentation materials to be presented to the potential partners
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreement to ensure mutual benefits
- Work closely with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Tax team to draft and finalize partnership
- Work closely with the business teams, such as marketing, esports, and product team to learn the needs of each teams and align those needs with potential partners
- Keep track on the delivery of partnership agreements and compile them into regular reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that could impact partnerships
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in Business Development and/or Partnerships in the technology, consumer goods, or banking industry
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate and deliver compelling presentations, successfully closing deals with potential partners
- Solid experience in working with meticulous works that require high attention to details
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
