Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
customers, and identifying potential partners to drive business growth. This role requires a
proactive individual with a strong understanding of the software industry, excellent
communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
Customer acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Partner Identification and Collaboration:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and nurture partnerships to expand market reach and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing activities, product integrations, and co-selling opportunities.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure mutual growth and success.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities and results.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and market demands.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Professional Qualifications:
- 5+ years' related experience in ERP system or SAAS company with experience in dealing with B2B and partnership.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends.
- Must be fluent in English
- Self-motivated personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with defined Sales and Business Development Techniques and Strategies
- Knows how to handle objections
**Experience**:
- ERP system or SAAS company with e in dealing with B2B: 3 years (preferred)
