Business Development Manager

Conduct market research and analysis on demands and competition

Provide supporting data to Program Management team related to market demands

Design and implement pricing strategy for training programs

Design and implement payment processes in collaboration with Finance team

Design and manage marketing & promotion programs

Oversee execution of marketing & promotion programs in collaboration with marketing team

Design and develop initiatives that enhance the reputation and recognition of the training academy

Develop B2B partnerships with hiring partners and 3rd party collaborators

Assist in defining business achievement goals

Define and track metrics related to effectiveness of marketing & promotion programs and business achievement

Analyze performance data and prepare reports
At least 5 years of working experience with 2 years directly related to business development in a training academy or education institute

Good knowledge and experience in market research and pricing strategy

Good knowledge and experience in B2C marketing promotion and campaign

Fundamental knowledge in contemporary technologies

Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Possess a Bachelor's degree mínimally
