Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our cutting-edge healthcare solutions in the Indonesian market. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our advanced technology with healthcare facilities, providers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, focusing on clinics, hospitals, government agencies, and healthcare networks.
- Distribution Partner Management: Collaborate with our distribution partners, including Google and AWS Indonesia, to establish and maintain strong relationships, ensuring they effectively represent and sell our solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our healthcare solutions to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations, particularly those set forth by the Ministry of Health in Indonesia, and ensure our solutions align with these standards.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in healthcare technology sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare industry and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
