Business Development Manager

Details of the offer

Develop an end-to-end sales strategy; lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Develop sales and marketing strategies
- Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and competitors to stay updated on latest happenings
- Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
- Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
- Develops and refines negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
- Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
- Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deal for clients
- Maintain Strong Client Relationships
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Identify business opportunity including partnership with complimentary businesses

**Requirements**:

- High English Proficiency (min IELTS 7)
- S1 Engineering / Finance / Business Management
- Min 2 years of sales experience in business development
- In-depth understanding of construction / real estate
- Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g clickup)
- Proven ability to execute and close business deals
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Wide market knowledge
- Familiar with a business plan
- Highly motivated and has an outgoing personality
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Displayed ability to excel under pressure to hit sales targets

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
