**About the Role**
- As the Business Development Manager at TyrAds, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and opportunities that align with our business goals

**Responsibilities**:
- 1) Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Tyrads' growth objectives.
- 2) Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors.
- Leverage industry networks, conferences, and events to generate leads and establish meaningful connections.
- 3) Partnership Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and distribution agreements.
- Create win-win scenarios that benefit both Tyrads and our partners.
- 4) Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- 5) Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Provide input on pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market positioning.
- 6) Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and geographical areas for potential expansion.
- Develop entry strategies and business plans to tap into new markets effectively.
- 7) Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and approaches.
- 8) Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- 1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2) Proven experience (X+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the tire industry or a relevant technology sector.
- 3) Strong understanding of tire technology trends, market dynamics, and industry players.
- 4) Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- 5) Demonstrated track record of successfully cultivating and closing partnerships.
- 6) Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- 7) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 8) Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
