About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.
Responsibilities as a BDR Identify and qualify new sales leads Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and emails Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results Responsibilities as a Customer Support Agent Respond to customer inquiries via email or Zendesk Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively Provide accurate information about products and services Guide customers through troubleshooting processes Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system (HubSpot) Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements B1 English level, or better Medium Excel Skills Excellent communications skills Hubspot knowledge Benefits An amazing team to work with Competitive pay & bonus Remote role Unlimited Time Off Flexible Work Hours A supportive, caring, and learning environment Connectly is an equal opportunity employer.
