Business Improvement Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be our Business Improvement Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining all company's policies to uphold compliance in accordance with the standards, both from the company and government law

What will you do

Identify the gap between the current policy & procedure with the ideals

Execute the business process analysis such as analyzing existing business processes, defining workflow, and providing alternative workflow solutions

Be heavily involved in the drafting process of the company's procedure, starting from defining activities, analyzing and identifying risks, and document legitimization, to procedure publication

Monitor, evaluate, and update the company's procedure to invariably meet the business needs

Execute the business improvement process

Collaborate with all divisions within the company to make sure all business processes are regulated within standards
What will you need

At least 1-2 years of experience in business process improvement or risk compliance field

Bachelor's Degree in any major, but majoring in Management or Law will be favorable

Have a good understanding of Indonesian regulations, law, and industry practice

Highly proactive and willing to take the extra mile in executing responsibilities

Sharp critical thinking

Having knowledge of Lean Six Sigma would be preferred

Proven experience in SaaS, startup, e-commerce, or technological company will be preferred

Fluent in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet

Fast learner and ability to adapt

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
