Develop, Implement, And Maintain Legal Compliance Programs And Policies To Ensure Adherence To Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.
- Conduct Regular Audits To Identify Compliance Risks And Provide Guidance To Internal Stakeholders.
- Monitor Changes In Laws And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Alignment In Compliance Efforts.
- Deliver Training Programs On Legal Compliance And Investigate Complaints Related To Compliance Issues.
- Maintain Documentation And Liaise With External Stakeholders To Address Compliance Inquiries.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business Administration, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Is A Plus
- Proven Experience In Legal Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Particularly In Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Complex Legal Issues And Develop Practical Solutions.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Legal Concepts And Requirements To Non-Legal Stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented And Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously.
