People, Legal And Finance - Business Intelligence

Department People- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Providing solid technical support on automation and business projects
- Translating complex business requests and executing technical tasks
- Ownership on multiple workstreams related to finance Business Intelligence projects
- Automating manual reporting process by Python/SQL/VBA
- Executing full cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleansing, data analysis, data visualization
- Partnering with business team on decision making strategy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or any related field
- Experience in e-commerce, consulting, or banking industry with min 1-year of experience in Business intelligence, data analyst, or data engineering
- Proficient in SQL and programming (preferably Python)
- Additional experience or knowledge in data warehousing or Extract Transform Load (ETL) is a plus point
- Additional experience in data visualization such as Tableau, Power BI or Domo is a plus point
