Business Operations Manager

Lead cross-product area efforts like business planning and cross-functional coordination with Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) and other functions- Drive operational logistics for the business including, optimizing resource allocation, measuring progress against business goals, facilitating weekly business management meetings, and creating business updates/reviews.- Use internal and external data to derive insights that will manage business decisions, including using data to manage the internal budgeting and budget optimization- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across sales teams- Provide business plan & strategy (e.g. operational excellence, employee resolution, etc.)- Make partnerships with potential external business partners- Proven experience as a Business Operations or similar executive role- Experience in planning and budgeting- Knowledge of business process and functions- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability- Excellent communication skills- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
