**About the role**
We are seeking exceptional, highly skilled individuals to join Pinhome as a full-time Business Process Architect.
The Business Process Architect role will be responsible for defining, redesigning, and optimizing activities in a process or group of processes to solve complex issues within Pinhome.
**What You Will Do**
- Deliver transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through to transition into operations, focused on improving brokerage & financial services products.
- Prepare/collect and enrich business process documentation and associated data.
- Working with managers and partners to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives.
- Communicating analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and external partners.
- Developing insights from the analytical process and integrating the module's findings into the broader project work.
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- 0-2 years of working experience (experience in fintech company / consulting / corporate / eCommerce is preferred).
- An interest and curiosity in commercial and marketing processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with active listening skills on stakeholders and users' requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills - the ability to structure records project requirements and project plans.
- A collaborative team player, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work with little supervision whilst adhering to strict deadlines, balanced with a keen self-awareness to proactively ask for help when needed
