**Responsibilities**:
Lead Business Process team to annualy review Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all major Division / Department accurately within timeline, based on corporate's Business Plan.
Controlling process and evaluate Business Process and Internal Control systems (SOP) for new Divisions/ Departments

Reviewing Business Process & Internal Control activity report, and determine initiative for evaluating performances

Ensure SOP socialization for all Divisions/ Departments are well-implemented in each roles within existing Business Process

To review the SOP on Business Process & Internal Control division, and perform evaluation & improvements to the corporate Business Process, policy, and SOP to be efective and efficient

**Requirements**:
Held Bachelor/ Master Degree, majoring Business Management / Industrial Engineering

Experienced for at least 1 years in positions to handling SOP Development & Implementation in a company

Experienced as Internal Audit

**Required skill**: Effective & Efficient Business Process design & improvement, Risk Management, Corporate Internal Business Process Controlling, Visio & Flowchart

Strong knowledge in Risk Management will be very considered

Posess outstanding analythical skill and conflict management skill
