Business Solution Analyst

Finding out and understanding customer needs information from clients and sales teams

Presenting all information into business processes

Arrange solution and flow process of client's needs related on implementation of logistics services

Coordinate with all related parties (Sales, Branch, IT, Financial, Operation) in the process of organizing business solutions for clients

Ensuring project implementation runs according to the agreed mechanism

Conduct periodic evaluations for each project undertaken
Minimum bachelor degree of all major

Minimum 1 year experience as a Business Solution Analyst/Business Process Management

Teamwork oriented, highly initiative, and innovative

Organized with a keen eye for quickness and details

Strong skills of building a good communication and analytical

Able to work under pressure, customer and solution oriented

Fluent in English both written and oral
