- At least 3 years experience as Business Solution/Business Analyst/Presales IT Software Solution
- Experience in making Business Requirement Document (BRD) and gathering requirements for customer IT needs
- Experienced in creating/designing software solution (plum software, license-based sw, SaaS, PaaS, laaS, hardware (network, iot, server) to answer customer needs.
- Accustomed to giving presentations to prospective customers
