Spearhead in business development of Financial Services solution both through tactical initiatives and strategic experimentation.

Able to build strong relationships across all levels within various functions spanning Commercial, Product, Risk, Legal and Operations functions to be able to drive commitment and implement innovation and transformation activities related to commercial strategy and / or business initiatives

Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy / experimentation that prioritizes faster product-market fit (PMF).

Able to measure the success of initiatives through quantifiable metrics & valuable insights,

Experience in Product Management is a plus point
3 -5 years experience in business development, preferably with experience in early stage startup. Familiar with Financial, banking & Fintech related (not necessary from fintech background)

Excellent communication and good at networking

Experience in working under multiple stakeholders and dynamic environment.
