Responsible to provide business reports, analysis of company performance, and strategic business plan to top level management

Prepare, review and Inform key decision makers through trend analysis of new business sales, manpower, and distribution channels

Gather, synthesize, and visualize data through building data dashboard and collaborate with several departments to have better understanding of data

Create multiple data dashboards to support regular business reports, market research, and monitoring

Support on Regulatory Reporting (Business Plan, Realization, Etc.)

Involve in Group Reporting/ Ongoing Projects/ AdHoc Reports
Strong financial analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Having experience in FP&A from general insurance / banking company is preferable

Have experience in budgeting / business plan process

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)

Having knowledge in IFRS 17 and project management is preferable
