**Job Deskripsi**
- Lead the development, ownership, and execution of the vendor(s) strategy in complete alignment with the established Business Unit strategy to enhance profitable market share growth.
- Oversee the vendor portfolio of the Business Unit, including the identification and onboarding of new vendors, and drive business development initiatives for optimal results. Take accountability for the P&L at the Country level.
- Address and resolve profitability issues related to achieving the P&L target and meet the assigned country revenue goal.
- Cultivate, develop, retain, and engage the direct report team, with a specific emphasis on leadership succession planning and talent development.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor strategies to ensure optimized availability, working capital, and favorable trading terms and conditions.
- Expand and elevate solution and service offerings for re-sellers and vendors, focusing on scalability.
- Support and empower the sales teams to secure and expand their share of wallet and market share.
