Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Development - Preferred experience in Marketing, Sales, Consulting, or strategic Partnerships especially for new four-wheeled vehicles (new car) and two wheeled vehicles, Experience working in the bank industry is a plus.

Jobdesc:
- Leading the launched process for new partners including partnership, sales enablement, marketing and change management, with the end goal of getting the partners to independently promote Ideal.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange and attend meetings, conferences or events.
- Planning and managing new marketing initiatives to growth and monetization of existing partners through scalable programs that can span across multiple industries.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales, collaborate and partnership
- Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, claim, and other departments.
- Produce actionable reporting on Strategic Partnerships: Translate data/ financial information into actionable narratives, results, strategic recommendations, and regular updates to the company, including the senior leadership team.
- Contribute to ideation and implementation efforts for key partnerships: Work closely with the team to identify and start strategic partnerships, with company growth as a priority. Work closely with the Marketing, Claim, Operations and Finance team to ensure the successful implementation of partnerships.
- Structure and execute initiatives by developing work plans, timelines and synthesizing relevant data, developing analyses, and communicating recommendations to the team.
- Structure complex and sometimes vague business issues: Work to identify business issues, potential partners, and lead from start to finish strategic initiatives to improve systems in place/ ensure business growth.
- Manage relationships for a portfolio of active partners, including assessment of partner value, prioritization of focus areas, introduction to WSI commercial teams and clients, and development of future strategic pipeline
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Connected Partners while developing strategies to increase revenue generated from the relationships
- Complete ownership and accountability to agreed performance standards (measurable results = revenue generated from new partner and increase in revenue generated per partner)
- Facilitate partner onboarding, including but not limited to: Data needs identification, data orders, and ongoing communication
**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
