**Job Description: Call Center Representative - Japan**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information, resolving customer issues effectively
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken)**:

- **Indonesian nationality**:

- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Literature or related field is preferred
- **Fresh graduates are welcome; 0-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

**Location**:

- Bali, Indonesia
