**Call Center Representative (Korea Speaker) - Contact Center Service Company Bali**

Our client, a leading contact center service company, is seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative who is fluent in Korean to join their dynamic team in Bali.
This role is ideal for Indonesian nationals who are graduates in Korean Literature or have proficiency in the Korean language.
We welcome fresh graduates as well as individuals with up to 5 years of experience.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline of customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Korean to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Meet performance targets and call handling quotas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
**Qualifications**:

- **Indonesian national with proficiency in Korean.

- **Degree in Korean Literature or related field is preferred**.
- **0-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
