In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage monthly mega campaign end to end by collaborating with integrated marketing, business and product teams and conduct post mortem analysis to grow fashion category at TikTok Shop
- Design methodology to help cross functional teams to perform more efficiently and effectively during campaign
- Grow TikTok Shop Fashion Category by converting leads to buyers through different promotion strategies and marketing support

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Proficient in English and Indonesian language
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data-oriented
- Good at communication and coordination of cross-functional teams
- Analyze competitors and trends in the market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fashion industry knowledge is a plus
