**Primary Purpose and Function**:
This job requires a high attention to detail and persistence in communicating with talent.
You will be great for this role if you like to keep things organized, are confident talking to creators and talent agencies all over the world, and have no problem with staying on top of things.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate between 10 to 40 influencers per campaign to ensure timely submission of campaign deliverables
- Provide content feedback and support talent in providing high-quality content
- Collect campaign progress and performance data
- Ensure all campaign KPI and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to find the best creators for the campaign
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and strategize creative content ideas for social media campaigns, emphasizing TikTok
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all necessary financial documents are collected from talent, and initiate influencer payment
**Job Qualifications**:
- Passion for social media content
- Good knowledge and experience with influencer marketing, at least 2 years of experience preferred
- Good knowledge of the Google workspace
- Good project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently, with a sense of autonomous ownership
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in written and spoken Thai, Vietnamese or Indonesian (at least one of them)
- Ability to work in South East Asia time, ideally located in SEA
- Able to potentially work past standard work hours
**Location, Hours and Compensation**:
- 100% remote work from home.
- Part-time, hourly paid.
Hours will depend on the campaign status and might range from 5 to 40 hours a week.
- Competitive pay, negotiable.
