Campaign Operation Executive (For Getplus)

**Job Description**:

- Manage & monitor day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms.
- Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfill the set objectives.
- Collect data and track the performance of all campaign activities and channels against set KPIs.
- Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones.
- Innovating to improve performance, growth, and profitability across all channels.
- Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs.
- Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms.

**Job Requirement**:

- Previous experience in a role with a focus on managing content in ATL advertising.
- Having expertise in operating or creating video content is an added value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Have a good attitude and can adapt to change.
- Experience managing complex projects and multi-tasking with excellent organizational skills.
