Capability Development

Perform training need identification and analysis (TNI/TNA) and monitor learning outcomes are aligned with the business objectives.
- Collaborate with Leadership, Subject Matter Experts and HRBP to design learning modules and responsible for overall learning management system.
- Facilitate and deliver virtual and classroom trainings and assessments.
- Develop and communicate learning and culture initiatives and report progress to leadership.
- Ensure successful implementation of business strategy because of identified gaps between required and current capabilities and culture of the organization.
- Enable development and implementation of integrated change management and communications approaches.
- Monitor overall effectiveness of programs and services with the help of key metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and possible levers for solutions.
