**Responsibilities**- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individuals seeking career development- Conduct career assessments to help clients identify their strengths, interests, and goals- Develop and implement career development programs tailored to each client's needs- Assist career changers in transitioning to new industries or roles- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in career coaching**Requirements**:- 3-15 years of experience in career coaching or related field- Strong skills in coaching & mentoring, career development, and career assessment- Ability to create and deliver effective career development programs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Certification in career coaching or related field is a plus
