You will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing of our international cargo business includes leading customer and business development activities. You will drive to increase volume in cargo sales and also managing a range of key account clients
Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Admin, Finance and Business Development, you will formulate and implement marketing strategies in line with the over all regional objectives and maximize the airlines market share revenue earnings within the cargo sales market. This includes market segmentation and yield management whilst ensuring pricing strategies are sufficiently competitive to achieve optimum levels of revenue and traffic with major customers - forwarders, brokers, integrators - suppliers, and also other airlines
**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience at a Sales Management level within an Air Cargo business and have a solid knowledge of Air Cargo Sales & Marketing on a regional basis
- Strong track record of developing and leading the successful marketing and sales programs for an Airline Cargo business with a demonstrated record of success in building new revenue streams
- Strong air cargo sales experience in overall business-to-business sales & marketing experience
- Excellent communications skills (English is a must have)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
- Be a well structured, highly professional individual who is results focused
- Internationally orientated executive with excellent business acumen and is a savvy negotiator
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue generation by implementing local cargo strategies
- Analyze and report on market conditions and trends to leverage My Indo Airlines competitive advantage
- Manage the day-to-day contact with key account agents and shippers for revenue generation
- Able to conduct regular agent performance reviews
- Actively manage relationships with shippers, key industry and trade partners
- Able to work with team of Sales to provide customer-centric solutions to customers
- Excellent knowledge of International and domestic Airlines/ Airfreight market
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management up to CXO's level
- Hard working and able to do multiple tasks

- Health is in good condition
- English proficiency in reading / listening/ writing/ speaking. Other language is a plus
