**What you will do**:
- Lead a team of business operations staff in retaining existing merchant accounts (brands and C2C) via networking with merchants relationship by marketing corporate full line of merchant services products.
- Effective cascaded communication within the team to ensure consistency in SOP and strategic direction across managed merchants.
- Mentor subordinates in their ability to perform the strategic, tactical and support functions in strengthening relationships within the merchant segment.
- Ensure community relations with Tokopedia's merchant across Indonesia are kept positive.
- Identify opportunities to leverage relationships for opportunity identification and transaction execution.
- Monitor subordinates progress through strategic negotiations.
- Help develop a strategic negotiation framework for subordinates to follow.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize specific inorganic opportunities in support of broader partner strategy including developing the rational for a partnership, structuring deal terms, and driving negotiations.
- Analyze business trends and competitive actions to assist with the development of business, product and partner strategy.
- Identify partners that can grow our business including how we can accelerate our product roadmap through both partnership and acquisition activities.
**What this role needs**:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Having an experience related with Fashion Category is a must, especially in Men Fashion industry.
- Having B2B experience would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience.
- Experience managing a team required.
- Strong Work Ethic; Results-Oriented with Strong Sense of Urgency.
- Strong problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly organized.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
