Responsible in whole process of executing and monitoring distribution acceleration in GT channel for category focus in respective projects/zone based on the consumer/shopper needs and dynamics. Deliver Category/Segment growth based on shopper and customer understanding focusing on coverage, distribution, merchandising and activation.
What we ask
- Bachelor Degree in any major.
- At least 3 years of experiences in sales execution and strategy (Channel development, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or similar role) within FMCG business.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill.
- Strong analytical skills and translate insight into actions.
- Influencing skills based on data.
- Basic understanding on 6P.
- Relevant basic commercial calculation (e.g. Sales Uplift, ROI, etc).
- Basic understanding on developing winning commercial proposition.
- Basic understanding on distributor, customer management and logistic (partnering externally).
- Basic understanding how to read Nielsen retail data and homepanel data.
- Knowledge on Shopper and Channel.
