Job Description Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of time.Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring all documents are accurate and ready for meetingsLead and coordinate key projects and strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with company goals.Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring clear information flow.Oversee the daily operations of the CEO Office, including managing budgets, procurement, and office systems to maintain efficiency.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or a related role, preferably within the agriculture industry.Proven track record of managing complex projects and working closely with senior executives.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
