Director of Operations / Chief Executive Officer

PT Sahabat Mikro Fintek is Looking for Chief Executive Officer

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing various operational functions, including Desk Collection, Credit Analyst, Customer Service, and external relations with regulators such as OJK, AFPI, and the Indonesian government. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's processes and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage the operational activities of the company, including Desk Collection, Credit Analyst, Customer Service, and external relations with regulators.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies such as OJK, AFPI, and the Indonesian government.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve operational objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align operational activities with business goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector.

Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and board members on operational performance and regulatory matters.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in operational management roles within the fintech or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of the Indonesian regulatory landscape, particularly related to fintech, including knowledge of OJK and AFPI regulations.

Excellent knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and best practices.

Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with external stakeholders and regulators.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.

High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
