About Our Client Our client is a company operating in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Job Description Oversee all financial operations and activities of the company in Kalimantan, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and drive profitability and growth. Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to maintain financial stability and mitigate potential risks. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Lead financial planning processes, including long-term financial modeling and scenario analysis. Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required. Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve overall company goals and objectives. The Successful Applicant Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent. At least 20 years' working experience in related field. Experience working in manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of standard costing principles. Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. Experience with ERP is an advantage. Strong analytic mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals. Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and driving positive change within the organisation.
